By accessing or using Ultima, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Use of the service

You may use Ultima to monitor websites you own or are authorised to monitor on behalf of clients. You agree not to use the service to abuse, overload, or circumvent third-party systems.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultima is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
