We collect account information you provide (name, email, agency details), the URLs and pages you choose to monitor, and operational data from our scans (screenshots, response times, status codes).

How we use it

• To operate the monitoring service and deliver alerts.
• To generate reports for you and your clients.
• To improve detection accuracy and product reliability.
• To send service-related communications.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under appropriate data protection agreements.

Data retention

Scan history is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@ultima.com.
